Visit occasionally, and each time I hope the chai lives up to its reputation, but it rarely does anymore. The Irani chai and zafrani chai have lost their consistency. What's supposed to be a thick, rich brew often comes out thin and flat. For a place known for its chai, that's hard to overlook. The malai bun, though, is genuinely good, soft and fresh, no complaints there. Worth a visit for the bun, but the chai needs serious attention.

I visited this place for the first time. Before that, I saw the reviews and noticed that most of the people said that the irani chai is very tasty and famous here. So, I ordered 1 irani chai, the tea is pure Indian taste and I feel like Hyderabadi irani chai for the first time. Really loved it. This is honest review. It is a good visiting place for tea lovers.

Chicken Dum Biryani - Tasty, really tasty but not fresh. Felt atleast two days old. Probably made on Friday but served on Sunday. Bheja Fry with Poori - Bheja Fry (looks more like curry not fry) is good, very tasty like home made. Very less quantity box is already small and curry is only half full. Poori was very oily, weird smelling. Price - Expensive for what you get.

Went in to grab Irani chai and bun maska. The Irani chai was extremely extremely sweet as other reviews mentioned, but still wanted to give it a shot. It’s just having diluted condensed milk with no flavour of tea. The bun maska tasted good but wish the bread was little fresh.

If I could, I would give a hundred stars for their amazing Irani chai (taste and price), even better malai bun (they make the rabdi in-house fresh everyday by simmering it for hours). Host gave us a free sample of medu vada which we liked and ordered a plate. Highly recommend. Not a fancy place but great to hangout. Chef is very passionate about culinary.
